Yamhill Christian Church Women
The women of Yamhill Christian church are a loving, supportive, group of women who love to learn, fellowship, and serve together. Are you looking for a Bible study? How about an evening of fellowship, worship and listening to a speaker with a group of women? Do you like to attend retreats? Would you like to provide a meal for someone who is sick or has had surgery or is that a need in your life? Would you like prayer for something difficult going on in your life? How about joining a group with other moms for a play time for your preschool kids? Then the women of Yamhill Christian Church welcome you!
Activities and Services
Usually Bible studies are held though out the school year every Thursday morning and twice a month in the evening.
Women's fellowship meetings are generally once a month during the school year and we enjoy a simple meal together, have a time of worship and enjoy listening to a speaker. It is a special time just to pull back for a little while and refuel.
A Mom's group meets one morning a week at the church during the school year and in local parks during the summer. Have a great time getting to know moms in the community and inviting others for a "play date." For more information please call Kelly Emry at 503.662.4838.
If someone is ill or has had surgery and needs meals provided we are glad to help! There is a team of women who offer this ministry that has been a blessing to many.
The prayer chain is activated by emailing Cecily Spencer. If you have a prayer or a praise to share, all prayer requests are confidential. The prayers are emailed to those who have agreed to be on the prayer chain. Contact Cecily at

A yearly retreat is held at the beach, usually in Lincoln City. It is a wonderful time of refreshing, relaxation, and renewing our spirits. We have a lot of fun and spend time learning as well.
There is a ministry to the more mature members of our congregation called "Senior Saints." This ministry honors our older members with luncheons, outings, and time spent with our honored seniors. Our Senior Saints group meet about four or five times a year and is open to anyone.

Ephesians 1:7 - 8
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.
